You are so right. Losing a pet is as much of a devastating thing as losing a human friend or family member.

I've lost my parents, both sets of grandparents and the rest of my family doesn't want much to do with me. Losing this little black cat has affected me worse than any of these. I feel kinda bad that I was able to move on from these losses more easily, but then I remember that my Mum, Dad and grandparents loved animals too, and would've understood. My Grandma loved Raven to pieces so I hope they get to hang out together now 🐱

It's still a fresh, open wound. The pain gets kind of like an old injury. It always aches, but there's days when it's worse than others. It sounds like your Bennie is extra special just like my girl Raven is 🐱🐾

That's how it is with Raven. Every kitty is like a snowflake. No 2 are alike! 🐱😺🐺
