I have a 16 year old cat with lymphoma and kidney problems.  She sees both her regular vet and a veterinary oncologist.  She recently has developed a skin problem which may or may not be related to her lymphoma - chemotherapy medication.  I took her to a veterinary dermatologist today and am waiting for the test results.  She is starting to walk with a limp and I know her medication does cause bone marrow loss.  I would like to do as much as I can to help her, but it is getting harder and harder emotionally, physically and economically.  Sometimes I wonder if all of the medication she is on is causing as many problems as it is solving.  Does anyone out there ever feel the same way?  Please let me know.
